Where will the money from the Genesis Land mint go?

1. 8.109% of the initial mint proceeds will be disbursed to the team (Camjo + Carz)
2. Remainder (91.891%) of mint proceeds will go toward company treasury
   1. This treasury will be used for (including, but not limited to):
      1. Development costs
      2. HR/Legal
      3. Software costs
      4. Operational costs
      5. Marketing
      6. Company admin
      7. Tax implications incurred
      8. Accounting
